Chaos Elimination for a Buck Converter Using the Multi-Objective Grey Wolf Optimiser

Abstract A wide variety of nonlinear phenomena, such as bifurcation and chaos, have been observed in power electronics converters. Much research has conducted on these behaviours different converter topologies. The buck is known to exhibit chaotic behaviour a parameter range, giving rise unstable depending the circuit parameters values. This paper investigates this by varying voltage PI (Proportional Integral) controlled operating continuous conduction mode, using continuous-time model constant frequency control signal. Furthermore, novel improved version compensation technique, designed multi-objective grey wolf optimiser (MOGWO), proposed stabilise from state periodic orbit.
